This article covers which sites we can try and get taken down and which we cannot.

Although we try our best efforts to get malicious sites taken down, we do not try and takedown any sort of fake investment or gambling sites for the reasons below:

• most registrars (the company that registered the domain) and registries (the company which manages the tld) only take action against domains which are in violation of DNS abuse (https://dnsabuseframework.org/ , https://www.icann.org/dnsabuse) some examples of this are Phishing or Malware.

• In addition, fake casinos are hard to prove to be fake as you would have to have deposited money into it and have lots and lots of proof. Even with this, the registrant (owner of the domain name) could just say the casino is real and the domain would stay up.

We also do not deal with copryight infringement or trademark related matters, if a website is using your copyright or trademark, we cant help. Sorry.

On the other side, feel free to send us any type of phishing or malware sites (doesnt have to be related to crypto) via our phishing report form and we will try our best to get it taken down.
