Privacy and data handling for support requests
We run our own internal ticket system for support requests.
When you submit a ticket, we collect the information you enter in the form and anything else you provide in ticket messages or attachments.
That can include ticket type, subject, email address, status, timestamps, message history, and delivery metadata for support replies.
If we reply by email, we use Resend for email delivery.
Ticket records are stored in MongoDB Atlas so our team can process requests, send follow ups, and keep support case history.
For the help website itself, we do not track users, log IP addresses, or run user activity analytics.
