Why does a website say theres a phish takedown warning

if you visited a website and saw an error like this:

Then it means that the website or domain name you were visiting was a scam website which we have taken control of and warned people about it.

You were going to go to a scam website, that means if a discord server or person sent you to that site and you got the phishing warning. They were trying to scam you so you should stop contact with them or leave the server.
