I've been banned

If you have been globally banned and believe it was issued in error, you can appeal directly to our review team.

The first step is to confirm whether the ban came from ScammerSlammer or from a server moderator enforcing their own rules. Servers can ban users for their own reasons, and those bans are not handled by ScammerSlammer. We cannot assist with server specific bans, so you will need to contact the server staff directly in those cases.

A quick way to check is to look for any messages from the bot. If you see a message like this:

Then you were added to the database of known scammers or were banned by the bot.

Include:

• Discord username and ID
• Explanation of why you believe the ban is incorrect

If you were falsely added to the database, you will be unbanned from all servers where the bot banned you and removed from the database.
